  • Malbec is what Argentina does best wine-wise. Sure it's got great Chardonnay, pretty mean Merlot and some hot Cabs. But Malbec is where the real talent lies and this Reserva is one of the best to land on the Naked tasting table.
  • It'sgot an immense amount of bramble fruit, all mulberry, damson and blackcurrant, with a lovely edge of creamy oak wrapped around it, finishing wth a slight kick of black pepper.
  • Try it out on a huge piece of beef (preferably Argentinean)!

  • Clean, light and fresh this Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect blend of new and old world. Bags of minerality, with a grown-up attitude to zing.
  • Willie's first 'Angel's Selection', the grapes used to make this wine were bought with Angel money. So of course it's only fair you get to buy the end result at a jolly decent price. We like to think of it as a never-ending circle of back scratching.
  • Sauvignon is at it's absolute best when drunk as fresh as possible. And they don't come much fresher than this. Barely out of the tank, this is the first of the 2011 sauvignons.

  • Sancerre is what you buy if you want to look flash. Pouilly Fume is what you buy if you really are flash, not to mention flush. Top of the French sauvignon blanc ladder, this is pure luxury in a bottle.
  • Joost only gets to make this wine when the vintage is really, really good. He assured us this was one of those years. And by jove we agree!
  • Seriously limited stock. If you think too long about buying this, you might miss out - and if you're thinking of splashing the cash this Christmas, this is really worth the extra.

  • The search for a decent bottle of Chablis at a price that won't have the bank manager running screaming from the room has come to an end at last. And it's pretty damn good even though we say it ourselves.
  • It ticks all the boxes. Great lemon and apple flavours. Tick. Lovely mineral quality. Tick. Long finish with great raciness. Tick.
  • It's a classic with most fish dishes, but it has enough body and strength to stand up to a little bit of chicken tandoori if you've a taste for it.

  • Whilst other wines taste like a cracked bell sounds (dull and flat), Juan's wines give out a perfectly pure note. As clean as the Andean snowmelt, you could wash your hands in this.
  • Juan doesn't own a suit. Probably. He certainly doesn't have a sales manager. So when Juan's principal client went bust we stepped in and helped out. In exchange for preferential prices.
  • Juan's 2011 vintages are just in. Fresh, pure and delicious. Being a small producer, we don't have an endless supply of Juan's wine. So best get in while you can.

  • You love Jock. Jock loves you. You invest your hard-earned cash in him. And he makes you outstanding wines. It's a win-win situation.
  • This is a great drink all on its own, but even better if you've taken a big fat juicy chicken breast, hammered the hell out of it, rubbed it with a bit of jerk spice and grilled it. Pure bliss.

  • This spicy Syrah ,Grenache blend is even more Angelic as it is also Organic! Ben was able to pay for the grapes early with Angel funding, making it a steal of a deal!
  • Though it is drinking really well now, Benjamin says this is one to hold on to. A few more years in bottle and you will have a real winner! If you can wait that long...
