We had a fund raising what wine quiz last night at the local centre. It's great fun. Six wines, three whites and three reds are poured blind. You hear three descriptions of the wines, read out and have to decide which is the correct one. You have to name the wine type, country of origin and rrp.
My team came in joint third place, due mainly to my inability to recognise a Tempranillo and a Primitivo as being what they were. I did spot a Shiraz/Malbec.
Just goes to show! I love drinking wine, but really not that fussed what it is, as long as I like it!
Light, fresh, all too easy to drink after a busy day in the office. I would imagine it would go rea
Excellent bouquet, great flavours, smooth enough to gulp but better left to linger!
Oh yes, I am liking this! No mistaking it's origin, pleased I have another six bottles in the rack!
