This is very much a chilean Cab, Minty gooseberry acidity is initially very appealing but after half a bottle you need some cheese. How come Australian Cab, is so different?

This is a truly remarkable wine for the money its my first red from naked wines. Let me say that to really enjoy this variety and appreciate it just take a small sip allow it to flow to the tip of your tongue, then let it flow gently from the sides of your tongue and absorb the flavour and the fruits then gently let it flow into your mouth and enjoy.Thats the way to initiate yourself into a beautiful yet delicious red wine and to really get to the heart of this fine variety. Taste all new wines this way and you wont fail to be impresed. I cant wait for my next bottle....ENJOY EVERYONE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!
