We have just enjoyed a bottle of this special wine with our pre-Christmas family meal - main course duck - and we have been delighted with this exceptional discovery. Our dinner was planned to be an intimate special event and the champagne completed the enjoyment. We would recomment this to anyone looking to celebrate with friends and relations. It is affordable and delightful in the glass and on the palate. Not too bubbly but perfectly rounded and balanced.
