  • This is made by a lovely guy called Rex, whose family have been handling grapes for over three generations in Orange, New South Wales. You won't find many bottles with as much experience, understanding, love and attention crammed in them than this.
  • It's genuinely a wonder how he's managed to cram so much spicy, peppery, juicy plum flavours into the one bottle.
  • It loves, Pizza, craves a leg of lamb, but is fundamentally screaming out for a big juicy steak.

My family has been making wine here in Orange, New South Wales, for 3 generations.

The whole thing was kicked off by Carmelo, who immigrated here from Sicily. He has the vision and the drive to get together a group of small growers, who were all growing grapes for the big boys, to stand on their own two feet and make their own wine.

This is fantastic, unlike some of the shiraz's in the supermarkets this is not to heavy - whilst still being a full bodied plummy shirax - there are no nasty after tastes or headaches, in fact it is pleasantly smooth. ENJOY!

thought this was a bit raw. like it really needed to age to soften the aftertaste. sorry, not a fan of this one.
