  • When Carlos first pushed this wine our way, we were so darned impressed, we immediately asked him to make six other wines exclusively for us. Yes siree folks, he really is that good.
  • This is classic Rioja. Smooth, creamy strawberry fruits, with a little touch of raspberry underneath, all wrapped up in a cloak of vanilla oak that makes the mouth quiver with anticipation. Stunning stuff.
  • You don't get many Rioja's at this kind of quality under a tenner. And when you do, you snap them up, just as we did.

Flat taste with very little going for it, was a real struggle to finish the first glass and tried second to see if it got any better but it ended up down the sink. reading some of the other comment i must have got a bad bottle because both myself & my wife coulldnt drink this at all :(
