I'm quoting my husband who had this with Gravad Lax this evening, with mustard sauce and lettuce leaves.
What he means is, it needs to warm up a bit after being taken out of the fridge and it just got better and better as he progressed through the bottle.
In summary, he liked it very much and he only drank the whole bottle as it's Friday night... cheers Ben!
