A bit of advise please,
I am looking at organising a wine tasting for our works sports & Social club, We have a room, spittoon & wine glasses, but the rest is up to me & if it goes well it will become a regular thing, but not having organised a tasting, could anyone advise:-
How many glasses I should allow per bottle?
Are 6 bottles usual for a tasting or do you stretch it to 12?
Has anyone found a particular wine maker forthcoming with tasting notes and suggestions for nibbles or do you just crib up on the Naked site/back of bottle before the tasting?
I think I have a good idea of the basics, White before Red, Unoaked before Oaked, it’s all subjective, you really should be buying this excellent wine at Naked etc., but any general advice & ideas I could put forward for future tastings would be gratefully received.
