I'm really very impressed that this group has achieved so much. 100 people in for a three year adventure of a lifetime. My parents and I want to make the best wine possible for this group so we should start having some serious conversations. What's the best way to come to some consensus on wine style? Maybe if everybody picked two or three keywords like "fruity" "dry" "bold" "simple" "elegant" "juicy", that could give us a good amalgam of the sort of general impression people want this wine to give. And maybe if everybody shared a couple of their favorite red wines on the site, that would help me form an impression too.

Can anybody tell me when the decisions about picking up our wine will be finalised, as if i'm going to pick up from vineyard will need to book annual leave and it's getting booked up already
