I can appreciate why (but don't like) delivery to Northern Ireland is more than the rest of UK, but why do we still have to pay the full whack when free delivery is offered?

As a new member to Naked Wines, when do I start to pay £20 a month? Also if I browse through your wines and add to my basket the price does not come up as an "Angel Price" but full price. How do I become an Angel?

I was about to make an order when I think I noticed that the new 'improvements' do mean that for this order I will actually lose out and I assume that other Angels will as well. An ongoing conversation with a member of staff seems to have confirmed that.

Here is the text from the website which would appear to be inaccurate.

What about my CashBack?

Plus, to be fair to all our Angels you have six months to use up any CashBack you've already earned in EXACTLY the same way as you did before. Any CashBack in your account will come off the full price (not the Angel price), as it always has. And as soon as you start spending your cash, you will benefit from the lower prices immediately.

So the bit which appears to be inaccurate is "you will benefit from the lower prices immediately" whereas in fact you won't benefit until the order after you have used up your cashback.

So my account is currently sitting there with £31.81 of cashback and £75 of actual cash.

Of course under the new system there's no reason I should get further discount on the cashback - that's perfectly fair enough. But surely as an Angel I should now get discount on any wine I buy with the actual cash in my account? Otherwise I will be losing out.

All thoughts appreciated.
